"My name is Olena Siniuhina, and I am a Ukrainian artist. I have an artistic background. I have been painting since childhood. My art reflects on the themes of femininity, physicality, sexuality, inner freedom, attitudes towards beauty standards, the theme of sexual health, and the interaction between a modern woman and society.
Today, with feminism and patriarchy coexisting, plastic surgery, polyamory, a multitude of religions and traditions, where women prove their rights, burn hijabs, go to war, become mothers, or fight for the right to abortion, how can a woman find her guidelines and values? How can she not get lost in the midst of it all and not go to extremes?
My works are dedicated to women... women who are searching for their identity, looking within themselves, and asking the question: 'Who am I?'"
